As a Personal Trainer, Jonny's main focus has been to educate me in taking a healthy approach to eating and exercising. His professionalism and positive attitude towards me has been paramount in us working together and achieving such great results. The sessions while demanding physically are always fun with excellent communication between us. His detailed and thorough explanations on techniques and on general health and wellbeing have been an invaluable contribution to the whole process. He provides guidance when needed, without imposing any hard and fast rules. The best part has been his attentiveness to my needs as an individual and to ensure that I am the best I can be.
Over the period of working with Jonny, not only did I manage to transform the way I looked by losing over 1.5stone, I developed my confidence and overall technique in training. Jonny helped me manage my diet, take control of the things that make the difference and mentally get myself in a place that helped me achieved my goals.
I've had many trainers in the past -but none quite like Jonny. He ticks all 3 boxes - really nice guy, really challenging but smart enough to know when enough is enough.
Thanks to Jonny and his ethos of training and nutrition I've been able to change my lifestyle significantly and have achieved results that I never would have expected over a relatively short period of time.
Jonnys training is motivational, informative and stretching. The result of which has been sustainable strength, health and fitness levels past any initial physical transformation that I benefited from.
Jonny is an absolutely fantastic trainer. He has been training me since May this year (although I had 7 weeks off during the summer when training and diet went partly out the window!) and I'm delighted with the results. I have put on just over 6 kilos and continue to drop down the body fat percentage.
He has fantastic attention to detail and is always focussed on correct technique, form and posture, which I really appreciate. And he explains adjustment to technique (and why he is making the adjustment) in a very straightforward and easy to understand way. I have a few niggling injuries which previously I would manage by periods of prolonged rest ie missing regular sessions. Jonny has been able to adjust my program and technique which has allowed me to continue to train around these issues, even though I'm working at a higher intensity than ever before.
I've been training on a regular basis since I was a young 15 year old rugby hopeful. In all my years of training I have never (EVER) got up at 6am to go to the gym. But I'm enjoying the sessions (and the results) so much, and it's such an important part of what I do, that I'm now doing it to train with Jonny around my working day.
Thanks for the four months of training. I particularly enjoyed the structured discipline and constant progression as the weeks went by. The concentration on form and your explanations were invaluable, and will enable me to continue with the training on my own in my local gym.
