  • Personalised training program changed every 6-8 weeks.
  • Specific and individualised nutritional guidelines according to your goals.

There are 3 packages available for personal training  and also an option to train with your sidekick.

One to one training takes place at Motus Strength in Fulham Broadway, London. The facility is completely unique to South London in terms of space, equipment and attitude towards training.
